FAQ
If within 30 days you decide you don't want it, send it back. The item has to be in sellable condition. If a product is deemed to not be in sellable condition it will be returned to you without a refund. In the interest of safety, all sales on life safety gear are final (rope, carabiners, harnesses, rock pro, helmets, etc).
You can return the product within 30 days in store or by mail. If shipping back to us simply put the item back in the box it came in, include a print out of your receipt or the packing slip from the box, and ship it whatever method is convenient to you. No need to tell us first, however we do recommend tracking or delivery confirmation so you know we got it.

You can exchange a product within 30 days in store or by mail. If shipping back to us, please include a legible note with your contact information and what you would like us to do with the exchange.
What is your price match policy?
We price match! If you find an identical product in stock on another site we will price match that product. Simply place the order online, then send us an e-mail within 12 hours with your order number, the product you wish us to match, and tell us where you saw the lower price. We cannot price match auction sites, used gear, or sites that are not authorized retailers. If in doubt feel free to call or e-mail us.
Do you offer discounts for large group orders?
Yes! Just send us an e-mail or give us a call with details of what you would like, and we will put together a quote.
